Grand Suite Rates are based upon 4 people per unit. $10.00 per day per extra person. Children age ten and under sleep FREE. No Saturday night only stays.
 
 
GRAND SUITE POLICIES:
  CHECK-IN is no earlier than 3:00 PM (Saturday's In Season)
  CHECK-OUT is no later than 11:00 AM (Saturday's In Season)
  No Smoking
  No PETS and/or ANIMALS of any kind. (may consider medical circumstances)

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
  The First Nights stay is required for reservations of 6 or less nights.
  Weekly Rentals require deposits as per Grand Suite In Season Rental Agreement
  Jan – May: Cancellation must be made within 14 days of the reservation date, refund will be minus a 10% fee or $100.00, which ever is higher.
  June – Sept: Please Refer to Grand Suite In Season Rental Agreement.
  Oct – Dec: Cancellation must be made within 14 days of the reservation date, refund will be minus a 10% fee or $100.00, which ever is higher.

PROVIDED IN SUITE:
  Kitchen is stocked with standard items: oven, microwave, refrigerator freezer combo, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, glasses, pots & pans, etc.
  Pillows, blankets, bedspreads, linens, towels
  Soaps (bathroom and kitchen), trash bags, toilet paper
  Gas grill, Patio furniture
  Gas fireplaces
  Washer and dryer
  Air conditioning and heat
  Cable TV with HBO, VCR, DVD
