General Policies:
Check-in Time: 3:00 p.m.
Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m.

Rates based upon 2 people per unit. $10.00 per day per extra person. Children age ten and under sleep FREE. Cribs and Playpens: $5.00/day

Holidays and Minimum Stays:
Memorial Day Weekend - 3 Night Minimum, Off Season plus $10/night 5/22-24.
Columbus Day add $10.00/day.
Fourth of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day & Columbus Day: 3 day minimum

July 3 to Sept 6 minimum of 3 night stay required for reservation. A deposit of one night will reserve the unit of your choice. Deposit must be received within ten days after reservation is made or your reservation will automatically be cancelled.

Deposit, Cancellation and Payments:
The First Nights stay is required in full at time of reservation. A confirmation will be Emailed or mailed upon receipt of deposit. Cancellations must be made 14 days before arrival date for a full refund, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Rates apply to 48 hour advance reservations. Payment in full upon arrival is required. Payment can be made with credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) or cash. Sorry no personal checks upon arrival. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including shorter stays, bad weather, illness, etc.
