Deposit, Cancellation and Payments:
A confirmation will be mailed upon receipt of deposit. Cancellations must be made 14 days before arrival date for a full refund, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Rates apply to 48 hour advance reservations. Payment in full upon arrival is required. Payment can be madewith credit card or cash. Sorry no personal checks upon arrival. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including shorter stays, bad weather, illness, etc. Sorry, NO PETS!
