General Policies:

Check-in Time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m.

Rates based upon 2 people per unit. $10.00 per day per extra person. Children age 12 and under sleep FREE.

Grand Suite rate based upon 4 people. $20 per day per extra person.

Credit card/reservation holder must be present during check in.

Must be age 21 to reserve a room. Must present a valid government issued picture ID (ie. driver’s license, passport) and the card you used to make the reservation. The name on the reservation MUST match the name on the card being used to pay for the reservation and ONLY the person whose name is on the reservation will be able to check-in.

Requests for early check-in times must be made with no less than 24-hour advance notice and will only be approved based upon room availability. The front office must receive direct advance notice via telephone of a definite or possible late arrival from the guest prior to check-in time to arrange late check-in procedures. If the on-duty front office manager does not hear from the guest prior to check-in time, this could result in a cancelled reservation or additional charges, regardless of bad weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. Requests for late check-out times must be made with no less than 24-hour advance notice and will only be approved based upon room availability. NOTE: Late check-out times may be subject to additional charges.

This property’s policy is to refuse certain bookings for the purpose of group events or parties, including pre-wedding stag/bachelor and hen/bachelorette parties.

Holidays and Minimum Stays:
• Memorial Day and Columbus Day Weekends – 3 night minimum
• Fourth of July, Labor Day and Columbus Day Weekends: 3 day minimum
• Late June till early Sept. a 3 night minimum stay required for reservation. A deposit of one night is required for reservation.

Deposit, Cancellation and Payments:
The first nights stay payment is required in full at time of reservation. A confirmation will be emailed or mailed upon receipt of deposit. Arrival dates from May 1st through October 11th cancellations must be made 14 days before arrival date for a full refund, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. Arrival dates from October 12th though April 30th; 48 hour cancellation. If guest cancels within 48 hours of arrival the first night deposit will be non-refundable, free for cancellations made outside of the 48 hours.

Grand Suite cancellation policy (From June til September) : 10% is non-refundable for any reason. If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date your payment will be refunded less a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the rental rate. If you cancel for any reason within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date, your payments will not be refunded unless we are able to re-rent the suite. Rates apply to 48 hour advance reservations. Payment in full upon arrival is required. Payment can be made with credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) or cash. Sorry no personal checks. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including shorter stays, bad weather, illness, etc.

Security Deposit:
All reservations are subject to a minimum $100 damage and theft deposit. Assuming no policies are broken including no smoking and there is nothing missing and no damage to the room this security deposit will be refunded within 3-6 business days of checkout.

Visitors:
Visitors of guests that use the pool facility are required to pay $20.00 per person per day.

Sorry, NO PETS!
Pets are not allowed. We do, however, permit “service dogs”. Please be advised, service dogs are working dogs and not pets. A service dog has been trained to provide assistance directly related to a person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disability Act or the Maine Human Rights Act.
